We have a number of advertising opportunities, from front page to spot color
and four-color ads. We are also going to have advertising banners here on
our website. Contact Joe for rates and prices. If you want to reach an

Deadlines
Normal deadlines each week are noon on Tuesday for that week's
publications, that includes classified ads, pictures, news articles and all
related materials. For display ads, the deadline is 4 p.m. on Mondays. There
are exceptions on weeks with holidays, when deadlines could be earlier.
Deadlines for four-color and spot color ads are 4 p.m. on Mondays for that
week's publications. Questions? Call 217-438-6155 or e-mail to

Subscriptions
For information on a subscription to any of our 10 newspapers, contact the
Auburn office at 217-438-6155. All subs for Auburn, Chatham, Divernon and
Pawnee start over in January each year; for the other six papers, the renewal
date is July 1.
Purchasing Photos
Send requests to: southco@royell.org or chathamclarion@royell.org
We charge $10 to burn a cd. Please allow two weeks for all photo requests to
be processed. Photos on this website have minimal resolution. Burned
photos will have a much higher resolution.
