LPGA Tourney parking at Glenwood High
Spectator and volunteer parking for this year's LPGA State Farm Classic at Panther Creek
Country Club will be at Glenwood High School.
Shuttle buses provided by the Ball-Chatham School District will transport volunteers and
spectators to the event.  The cost to park is $5 per vehicle Thursday through Sunday.
B-C Operations Director Jim Lovelace stated that the school district will be reimbursed for fuel
and driver costs.  The district is not charging a fee for the use of the high school parking lots.  Last
year, the district provided buses as well, but parking was at Prairie Crossing in Springfield.
"They are essentially renting our buses and our drivers," Lovelace explained.  "They will pay us
for the fuel and driver costs, and they also made a nice donation to the BCEF last year."
The golf tournament runs Thursday through Sunday, with three days of live television coverage
scheduled on ESPN2.  The final round will be televised from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday.  Sherri
Steinhauer is the defending champion.
